Cañada Vista is a 60-unit multi-family housing development for District faculty and staff located on a 3.3-acre site at Cañada College. The project consists of two three-story residential buildings. Within the buildings there is a mix of one, two and three bedroom units. All units are air conditioned and have upgraded soundproofing and roofing. Between the two residential buildings is a 2,400 square foot community/recreation building. The project includes 60 individual garages and 42 open spaces, for a total of 102 parking spaces on site.
